I would definitely use Window Shopping again.
Worked with Window Shopping with replacing my windows in my house. Spoke with Glenn Hasenour and he did not go through the “normal windows sales pitch” but listened to what I wanted to have in my house. He went through 3 or 4 manufactures and options for me. I was able to select a window that almost perfectly matched the existing wooden windows. When the windows were in stock, I was called by their lead installer Brian Coy. He worked around my schedule and they arrived around the scheduled time. The installation crew were experienced and each went off to their separate tasks. They out down tarps to catch any debris and protect the carpet. After the installation, I asked for a couple of minor changes to the installed trim and they changed without a problem. The price of the windows was right in line with other installers but the service set them apart. I would definitely use Window Shopping again.

Glen came to our home for an estimate for replacement windows. He was VERY knowlegable and knew right away that our exterior walls were thinner than normal which was perfect when he ordered them and the crew knew what to expect...no surprises. He even suggested a slider window in the kitchen which goes with our sliding door and saved us money.
He brought with him 2 actual windows to view and choose from and a heat lamp for the actual heat test to show that the heat does not penetrate through the tinted windows. We were amazed at the time he took to explain the windows before we made a decision.
When the windows came in, the crew came out and did an EXCELLENT job trimming out around the windows, caulking and installing them.
I absolutely love the windows... especially the tint. There was always such a glare in our home from the windows on the south....not anymore and no heat!
They also replaced an interior door with a frosted window to our utility room to let light in and be somewhat obscure. LOVE the door! They got an excellent painter to paint our exterior steel door inside and out. We loved him SO much we hired him to patch and paint our LR, Kitchen, Dining Area and 2 hallways, hall interior doors and ceiling in our pantry. We loved Bradley and will have him again.
My husband passed away before the windows were installed but I know he would absolutely love them as I do. I'm so thankful that we picked them out together.
