Can Our Enclosed Patio Be Private With No Glass To The Floor?
Of course. Window Shopping can put your windows on top of a knee wall, varying from 6″ tall to 42″ tall. The average room we do with a knee wall is normally approximately 18″ tall. We can still install a door in this room so you can enter and exit. Of course, we also have the option to leave the room completely open with nothing but glass for the walls.

Yes. If you have a patio cover with a concrete patio underneath and has a standard construction roof above it. We can turn it into a beautiful enclosure with ventilation. Unfortunately, we cannot connect to a metal awning. You have questions and we have the team to handle this for you.
How Can We Maximize Ventilation In Our Enclosed Room?
In any patio enclosure, we can make nearly 50% percent of the room still open for ventilation. The most popular way to do this is with sliding windows and doors.
